Dream United and Fortune Sports Academy’s football promotion campaign has set sights in achieving greater heights in association with 25 Minutes- The Game We Play.We are delighted to invite your team to our Under 19 five-a-side tournament that takes place on 30th November 2014 at Fortune Sport Academy ,(1km from RV College) Near Kengeri.

As we have to limit the total number of entries to 32 teams, we would advise you to respond to the invitation as soon as possible. Places will be on a strict first come-first served basis and the closing date for the entries would be on 27th Nov 2014.
The entry fee for each individual team will be INR 500/- . Trtophies and cash prizes up for grabs.

Please note that there is a maximum squad size of 8 players per team (5+3 subs)

TournamentRules

All participating teams must report at 8:00 AM.
All players should wear football shoes / studs. Barefoot playing is not allowed.
Please try to wear common colored jerseys. In case of clash of colors, there will be a toss of coin and the losing team shall wear bibs provided by us.
Each team shall comprise of 5 players; 4 +1 goal keeper and a maximum of 3 substitutes + 1 reserve.
Once team has been submitted, there can be no changes made. If an injury occurs to any of the players in the team, the captain must contact the tournament committee to request a replacement for that player.
Standard futsal rules shall be followed.
ANY ARGUEMENT WITH REFEREE, TOURNAMENT COMITTEE OR INSUBORDINATION ON THE FIELD BY ANY TEAM/PLAYER SHALL RESULT IN INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TEAM
Each half will be played for 7 minutes each with 1 minute break. In case of any addition or cutting short of match timings will be at the referee / tournament committee’s discretion.
WE ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT SCHEDULE TIMES.
In case a team does not show up or is late for their scheduled game, a walk over shall be declared and the opposite team shall be awarded the win.
Please co-operate with the referee and honor his decision. Use of foul language or argument with the referee will result in instant dismissal.
In case of heavy rain and bad pitch/light conditions, the game will be disbanded and continued at a later stage as decided by the tournament committee.
DECISION OF TOURNAMENT COMITTEE SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited in the premise. Players / spectators not following this shall be asked to leave the premises.
Stall has been set up for refreshments. Please do not litter, use the dust bin.
Please take care of your belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss of your belongings.
